Modified High School Rules:
- All wrestlers must be 8th grade and under
- A wrestler’s age on May 15, 2009 will determine their age group.
- Proof of age will be required if wrestler is challenged within the first two rounds of competition.
- A birth certificate is the only form of validation that will be accepted must present at weigh-ins.
- Your Division will be determined by your school district. If you live in Alma Michigan and your High School is Division II. Your age group Division is also D II. Simply put, the youth Divisions will match High School Divisions I, II, III & IV.

Must be in grade 8 or under. One step on scale weigh-ins.
- All wrestlers Must be Michigan residents to compete in this event.
- Age Groups 2003-04 and 2001-02: 3 periods 1 min. each
- Age Groups 1999-00, 1997-98 and 1994-96: 3 periods 1 min. 30 sec. each
- Singlets or t-shirt and shorts are required for both weigh-ins & competition
- Mouth guards Mandatory with braces.
- If less than three wrestlers are in a weight class, the tournament has the right to move them up one weight class (in the same age group) except for heavyweight.
- All wrestlers pre-registrations must be received on or by Wednesday April 25th, 2009.

- One registration form per club; more than one registration per club will be rejected.
- Please do not wait to the last minute to register.
- All pre-registrations must be paid in full.
